A shorter evening session designed to calm and settle your baby before bedtime. These twilight floats use the same warm, womb-like environment as our standard sessions but do not include massage. The combination of gentle motion, hydrostatic pressure, and soothing lighting prepares your little one for a deep, restorative sleep.
The twilight timing makes it the perfect way to wind down your baby’s nervous system before bed, helping to lower stress hormones and encourage longer sleep. This session is especially popular with parents looking for an evening routine that sets their baby up for a peaceful night.

Saturday sessions with a social twist! Our Bestie Sessions allow two babies to enjoy hydrotherapy side by side in their own pods, followed by parent-guided massage. It’s everything you love about our Standard Session, with the added joy of sharing the moment with a friend, sibling, or cousin.
Bestie Sessions create an opportunity for parents to connect too, making the experience not only about your baby’s development but also about community and support. Babies benefit from seeing and responding to one another in a calm environment, while parents get to share in the journey together.

Each session is captured with a milestone photo of your baby in the pod, creating a beautiful keepsake of their growth and journey. At the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll celebrate with a graduation gift, recognising just how far they’ve come. Massage is one of the most natural ways to nurture and connect with your baby. Over 5 weeks, you’ll be guided through different techniques each session, learning how to safely and effectively massage your baby’s legs, tummy, chest, arms, face, and back.
Infant massage has been shown to aid digestion, improve sleep, support circulation, and reduce stress hormones — all while providing a calming, loving experience for your little one. These group sessions are also a wonderful way to meet other parents, share stories, and build your village. Each family receives a keepsake photo of their baby in a By Freya robe on graduation, marking the end of this special learning journey.
